Once an appointment has been made for a free no pressure call, Matthew will come to see you to discuss your requirements and the options available.
You will receive your written quotation by post and if requested details of similar conversions we have carried out for you to view.
We can arrange for plans to be drawn up and submitted to the local authority along with application for building regulations and a structural engineer's report for approval.
Once approval has been received we will programme the work into our schedule giving you a date for the work to commence. An average loft conversion takes 7 – 8 weeks to complete.
During the course of the loft conversion a Building Control Inspector will call to inspect the work and issue a certificate on satisfactory completion of same.
